To practice Yoga Nidra for stress reduction:

  • Choose a quiet, comfortable space where you won't be disturbed.
  • Lie down in a relaxed position, close your eyes, and follow a guided Yoga Nidra session or audio recording.
  • Pay attention to your breath and follow the instructions to systematically relax different parts of your body.
  • Allow yourself to experience deep relaxation and a profound sense of calmness.

Regular practice of Yoga Nidra, even just a few times a week, can yield significant benefits in reducing stress levels, promoting overall well-being, and aiding in nervous system regulation.
