+ What sort of support do you offer?

The Mentorship is designed to give you the tools you require to Self-Heal, which means you'll be a conduit for healing others too. You'll have space and time within the program's container to practise and find your own way of sinking into the practises.

I'm skilled and experienced enough to know when you need my guidance, and when you need a nudge in the right direction to figure it out for yourself.

+ Is this just for leaders in business, energy workers, conscious creatives?

No, it's for everyone. Consciousness, Mysticism & Spirituality come together in a holistic offering that has been purposely designed to meet YOU where you are and help you to take your unique journey to a place where joy and freedom live unapologetically, in ways that are important to you. We've had mums, teachers, yogi's, first-timers, long-timers and everythign in between. You are so welcome, regardless of your experience in this field.

+ What time are calls scheduled for?

All calls listed will be held at 7pm Sydney time. All call days will be Wednesday (Sydney time) unless stated otherwise. This is a guide only. Please always refer to our course portal, as calls are subject to change.

+ What sort of time commitment is required?

One to two hours per week at the low-end of the spectrum, doubling that if you want to deeply immerse yourself in this content. I've found that adding 20 minutes per day for embodiment practice is super-powerful, and will add so much sparkle to this experience.

The more you give, the more you'll receive, and so sometimes, this becomes a question about you and what you're allowing yourself to open up to.

+ What sort of certification is this?

This level of certification allows graduates to use Arianna's Method in their own professional practise with clients / and students of their own; to advertise and list themselves as a Lessons in Truth Graduate and Professional; to be listed on Arianna's website as a current Lessons in Truth Certified Energy Medicine Mentor.

+ This seems quite expensive. How do I justify the cost?

Mentoring with me for the same amount of time and intensity as this program offers, is more than 3 times the financial investment. This is an opportunity to experience my Energy Medicine Mentorship without taking the plunge on a 1:1 contract.

+ Do you accept Males / those who identify as male?

Yes, whilst all participants have historically been female, this year, we are opening it up to EVERYONE > all are welcome.

+ Is this a yoga course?

It is NOT a yoga course although it does have a primary focus on the limbs of yoga, which include Pranayama (breathwork), meditation and postures - specifically for moving energy (e-motions: energy in motion) through the body.

+ You mention subtle aromatherapy and flower remedy usage and guidelines, can you please elaborate?

Being able to work with the essences of the plant in this way is incredibly powerful in that the plant aligns with our intentions and directs energy in an efficient and methodical yet You can co-create powerful anchors by using specific essential oils (and blends) by applying them intentionally on various points on your body, while moving and guiding your body into shapes, to allow the release of unwanted patterns and behaviours ~ old with the old to make space for the new. This membership brings focus to exploring your personal truth and purpose through these practices.

It also includes meridian theory, reiki, plant medicine (essential oils and flower remedies) and other energetic support systems. You'll receive insights into Acupoint and Acupressure both with Essential oils and Flower Remedies, to understand how the elixir is affecting your meridians/elements/organs and get an acupressure point to act as a gateway to magnify results.

+ This all seems a bit woo-woo, which I'm all for. But will this help me in my corporate career?

Yes absolutely. Energy is already governing your life. You're already using it, so it's worth becoming intentional of how best to work with it so that you can live a life of peace, harmony, joy and success (whatever that means for you). These tools helped me most when I worked in corporate because they allowed me to create space around my reactions and tendencies, so as to cultivate new possibilities for my future. That's not to say that everything will always go 'your way' but you will know how to deal with challenges effectively and gracefully, which in turn, shines a light on areas that were once possibly over-shadwowed by outdated and unwanted patterns.

+ How does the payment plan work?

Every 30 days, on the date you processed your first payment, for the allotted amount of months you’ve chosen to pay within, your payment will be auto-debited from your chosen card or account.
