Congruence Is What Separates the Most Influential Leaders From Everyone Else

Here's Why - Without it, you're just like everyone else.

When your values and beliefs are consistent with the way you live your life, therein lies your power.

Being congruent is being in touch with and genuine about your experience. The truth is your power.

Being congruent means staying connected with the Self. Head and heart always in alignment.  Saying what you mean, and meaning what you say, that’s power.  Enquiring into why you make the choices you make.  Constantly pulse-checking which of the options you’re faced with will keep you congruent.

Does your head and heart agree? Is there alignment between your 6th and 4th chakra? Are they speaking the same language? Moving in the same direction? Blissed out by the same projects?

Being congruent, is for your thoughts & feelings to be aligned.  Subconsciously more than consciously. From this place of true ease, you can create magic in a powerful and synergistic way.

To be congruent means you’re honest without question because you don’t see any other way. You have no personal agenda and you’re about the greater good. Your body and words are of the same frequency, which results in your nonverbal & verbal cues dancing to the same beat.

Too often, people's mouth will say one thing but their body language will convey a different message. Everyone senses this disparity, they can smell it a mile away - and this is called incongruence.  If you want to speak messages of power, then it’s imperative that you know yourself enough, to stand behind your values, in a consistent and honourable way.  No-one is served by dishonesty and lip service.

Even though it takes courage to open up and speak from the heart, if done so with kindness and compassion, the effects of this powerful interaction will change relationships for the better.

“Vulnerability is about showing up and being seen. It’s tough to do that when we’re terrified about what people might see or think.” — Brené Brown

To be congruent is to be vulnerable.

Vulnerability, in its most authentic and raw state, is powerful.
