New Moons are always about beginnings, a time when things take root, and the Taurus New Moon (which coincides with the dates of the retreat) is especially focused on making things manifest.

This is a Retreat for Conscious Creatives and Leaders who want to create a life they’re in love with.

We’ll be spending four-days co-creating heart-felt plans to bring your desires to life interlacing your soul strategy, practical skills and inspired action.  Who is this Retreat for ?

There comes a time in everyone’s life when they inevitably feel stuck. Where they seek clarity, or simply want to connect with their inner wisdom without the noise from the outside world. You, like many women that I work with, may be asking yourself:

What is my true purpose? I’m not only looking for more substance, but more importantly, ways that I can align my actions with my values and passions.

How can I achieve a better work-life balance? Balancing my career, family, and personal well-being is a challenge for me, and I want strategies to support my achieving greater balance and fulfilment. I want it all, but am not sure how to ask for it.

How can I cultivate more meaningful relationships? I value true connection, not superficial chit chat. But how exactly do I go about seeking ways to deepen my relationships with friends, family, and romantic partners?

How can I overcome self-doubt and cultivate self-confidence? I know that the key to pursuing my goals and dreams is tied up in my self-confidence, but how exactly do I overcome self-doubt and embrace my truest self, knowing that I am enough, and that I can?!

 These four days away from the hum-drum of your daily world, can change the trajectory of your life

Each day of our four-days is carefully crafted around a theme, guiding you through a process of release, restoration, reimagining, and recreation. Through a combination of workshops, guided meditations, and creative exercises, you will release limiting beliefs, restore your inner balance, reimagine new possibilities, and learn practical tools for manifesting your dreams into reality.

After completing this retreat, you will emerge with a renewed sense of purpose and clarity. You will have a deeper understanding of your goals and aspirations, and a clear roadmap for how to achieve them. Armed with practical tools and techniques for manifestation, you will be able to approach life with a newfound sense of confidence and purpose. You will have a greater ability to navigate challenges and setbacks, and a stronger belief in your ability to create the life you desire.

The (loose) Schedule:

Unlike most retreats that tend to have a schedule packed with workshops, I take a different approach. While workshops are valuable for learning and growth, I understand the importance of embodying and integrating the teachings into your being. This retreat focuses more on embodiment practices, allowing you to deeply connect with the teachings and experiences on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level.

Instead of rushing from one workshop to another, you'll have more time to immerse yourself in the day’s theme, allowing the teachings to sink in and resonate within you while you go about the pampering and contemplative sessions during the day. This approach encourages a deeper level of understanding and transformation, as you have the space to fully experience and embody the lessons taught throughout the retreat.

This retreat offers a balanced schedule that includes embodiment practices such as yoga, meditation, sauna, massage and float tank sessions alongside workshops and discussions. This balance allows you to not only learn new concepts but also embody them in your daily life. By focusing on embodiment, I aim to provide you with a more holistic and transformative retreat experience.

Embodying manifestation is key.

It's not just about thinking or wishing for something to happen; it's about aligning your thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and actions with your desires. When you truly embody manifestation, you're living as if your desires are already a reality, which can help you attract those desires into your life.

I'm so excited to run this retreat for a second year, and I'm thrilled we get to be together (some of us again).

We will journey with and through four aroma energetic protocols to:

- release old unwanted and outdated patterns that no longer serve us, 

- assimilate our energy and decide what we want, 

- magnetise our intentions 

- learn how to hold the vision for our intentions.

Join us for activations each day as well as experience the luxury of the Hunter Valley along the way. Nestled in at the base of the mountain, you'll be carried by the energy of the land as she holds you during this transformation.

 This journey has been gracefully curated to create a very unique and comfortable experience for you.

Three nights accommodation in a Twin Share room with a friend / partner or a Villa for yourself. Each Villa offers comfort and privacy, featuring King size bed or Twin share single beds in an open plan room, self-contained ensuite bathroom and kitchenette with views out to the mountains from your private patio.

Corrine fell in love with the Pilates Method over 13 years ago.  After the birth of her second son she decided to take time out from the corporate world of media and advertising to pursue her dream of studying Pilates full time.

A space for you to recharge, to connect, to (importantly) have fun and enjoy some down time.

I believe wholeheartedly in Holistic Health Care, which is where the idea of hosting a retreat like this came from.

Holistic Health includes: Mental Health Care, Physical Health, Fitness & Movement Practices, Emotional Health and Intelligence Skills and Spiritual Support and Deep Connection.

The practises I’m sharing on this retreat have allowed me to bring an expanded consciousness of loving, living, and healing to everyday activities, for both myself and my clients, starting from the inside out. A rainbow of practises developed to help make ‘the journey’.

Included in that rainbow is the knowledge that we are all healers.

I took responsibility for MY own health, future and well-being and empowered myself and my body and mind to reveal the secrets of balance, harmony, and the release of energy for healing. This decreased the need for someone else to ‘fix me'.

I am so damn excited and honoured to have the opportunity to share this with YOU and am profoundly dedicated to help YOU empower YOUR BODY to heal itself.  You’ll be kicking goals in no time!

+ IS THIS RETREAT GEARED FOR RELIGIOUS OR SPIRITUAL FOLK ONLY?

No. This retreat is open to everyone, regardless of your spiritual beliefs or background. Whether you're seeking relaxation, personal growth, or simply a break from your routine, this time away may. be just what you need. We offer a welcoming and inclusive environment where women from all walks of life can come together to learn, grow, and connect.


+ Do I need to have experience with yoga or meditation to attend a retreat?

No, you do not need to have any prior experience with yoga or meditation to attend this retreat. We will cater to all experience levels, including beginners, and will provide instruction and guidance for those who are new to these practices, making it accessible and enjoyable for everyone. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or just starting out, you'll benefit from attending.


+ What should I bring on retreat?

You will be sent a checklist / packing-list closer to retreat date so that you have all your goodies ready to rock n roll; but in general, you'll want to bring comfortable clothing, toiletries, any necessary medications, and perhaps a journal or notebook for reflection.


+ Will I have free time ?

Yes, you will have free time for rest, relaxation, or personal exploration. On top of the scheduled free time, all 'sessions' that are on offer are non-obligatory. Which means that if you feel like sleeping-in instead of attending a workshop or any part of the agenda, you're encouraged to do so. This is your time, and you get to choose how you spend it.


+ What about refunds?

Our refund policy is as follows: Upon registration, a 50% deposit is required to secure your spot, which is non-refundable. The remaining 50% is due two weeks prior to the start date of the retreat and is also non-refundable. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, so we recommend considering travel insurance to protect your investment in case you need to cancel.


+ I'm not a business owner or a creative. Can I still join you on retreat?

Absolutely! This retreat is open to everyone, regardless of whether you're a business owner, a creative professional, or neither! Whether you're seeking personal growth, relaxation, or simply a change of scenery, our retreat offers something for everyone. Join us for a transformative experience where you can unwind, connect with others, and explore new interests, regardless of your background or profession.


+ I've felt stuck for a long time now. Should I come on retreat or work with you 1:1?

The answer depends on what you feel would be most beneficial for you at this time.

Attending a retreat can be a powerful way to break out of a rut, gain new perspectives, and recharge your energy. The immersive experience, group activities, and supportive environment can all contribute to a transformative experience that helps you feel unstuck and inspired to move forward.

On the other hand, working with me 1:1 could provide you with more personalized support and guidance tailored specifically to your needs and goals. We could dive deep into your challenges, explore limiting beliefs, and develop strategies to help you get unstuck and create positive change in your life.

Ultimately, the decision depends on your preferences and what feels right for you. If you're drawn to the idea of a retreat and feel that the group setting could be beneficial, that might be the right choice for you. If you feel that individualized support would be more helpful, working with me 1:1 could be the way to go.

+ I don't really understand how learning how to manifest will help me feel any better. can you explain this to me?

+ is travel to and from the retreat included?

Travel to and from the retreat is not included in the retreat package. Attendees are responsible for making their own travel arrangements to the retreat location.


+ How many people will be attending the retreat? Is there a maximum capacity?

The number of attendees for our retreat varies depending on the room configurations chosen. There are 6 cabins, each offering a twin share option. As such, numbers are capped at 12 participants.

We strive to create an intimate and supportive environment to ensure that everyone has a meaningful and personalized experience.
