Each month, we will explore a different energy centre; and as we move up the central channel, we will tap into each centre's Power Source. Not only will we learn to understand how to move the energy, but also how to recognise it, and honour it in our lives, both present and past.

We’ll be journeying through your life’s experiences, so that we can truly integrate and embody it’s teachings. Each centre has a powerful message for us to explore.

This container will provide you with a safe place to come back to with your experiences and questions as you navigate the shifts that will ultimately happen throughout our time together.

This work is GROUNDBREAKING.

It’s all fair & well to meditate & align with the frequency of the change we wish to instigate but if you don’t take courageous & inspired action, you won’t see results.

This is going to take time, and a willingness to show-up for yourself over a consistent period. Rushing the process will be of no benefit. Hence spending months together (not weeks)

And, don’t forget, you’ll have this work, the practices and the learnings for the rest of your life.
