Base and Sacral Energy - Belonging and Creativity

As a part of understanding and working with your energies, it’s always helpful to know a bit about each energy centre. This is for a range of reasons, one being that you can reverse engineer your self-enquiry by seeing and witnessing what is ‘out of place’ in your life, and then harmonising that energy centre to bring things back to order.

Energy Medicine isn’t about fixing things. If we were going to lean on esoteric advice,, there’s nothing to fix, because everything is perfect as it is in every given moment.

If you’re anything like me, and I know you are (winks), you’re always looking for ways to expand a little bit more into the REALNESS of YOU. 

The YOU before society told you who you were meant to be. 

Unconditioning and unravelling so that you’re able to show up as your authentic self, and be whoever it is that your soul came to earth to be.

So as you delve in the medicine of harmonising your Base & Sacral energy centres, you discover a dynamic method of grounding which you can do anytime and anywhere to feel more solid and secure

I’ve re-termed these energy centres - BELONGING & CREATIVITY (respectively), because it’s ultimately our ability to BELONG which gives us the same and freedom to be CREATIVE. 

And by BELONGING i don’t mean only to our community and family, but more-so - to OURSELVES > and to our Soul.  The paradox here is that we already belong to our Soul. 

There’s nothing to do and nothing to achieve.

Trusting the notion of BEING, directly influences your prosperity and how much abundance you can have in the world. 

I’d say it’s an important, nay a crucial part of transforming the paralysis of fear, into a heightened aliveness that makes each of your cells awaken, create and rejoice.

So to explore and engage your body & then use that exploration to create vital energy and increased health, you want to understand the importance of the downward current through the energy centres into the core of the earth. 

Therefore embracing structure as the key support for everything you do
